Campsite Rules 2026

1. Access to the site is only permitted after registration. Please check in at reception. Management reserves the right to exercise its unrestricted house rules across the entire premises.

2. Guests under the age of 18 may only stay overnight and make a booking if accompanied by an adult.

3. The campsite does not accept liability for guests’ property. Please make sure you have adequate insurance.

4. Please respect the quiet hours, which apply from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, driving is not allowed, no music may be played outdoors, and any kind of noise disturbance must be avoided. The barrier may be opened in emergencies for exit, or for arriving guests in order to prevent traffic congestion. In the low season, some relaxations of this rule may apply.

5. Vehicles must be parked on your own pitch. Parking on roadsides or green areas is not permitted. Walking speed applies throughout the premises. Trucks over 7.5 tons are not allowed on the site due to potential damage. Exceptions may only be granted by management if operationally necessary.

6. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Cats are only permitted if neutered. Pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their animals.

7. Please ensure proper waste separation. A waste disposal station is located at the central area (see site map) with fixed opening hours. Alternatively, you can collect a key from reception, or use other disposal bins provided in different areas. Waste separation categories are: residual waste, organic waste, paper, and plastic packaging. Additionally, there are glass recycling containers and a trailer for grass clippings and green waste (in small amounts during waste station opening hours).

8. Open fires are not permitted anywhere on the site for safety reasons.

9. It is especially important to us that we and our guests live in harmony with nature, thereby protecting the adjacent Tidal Elbe Nature Reserve. Please take care to protect the local wildlife and plants, and avoid disturbing or damaging them.

10. A harmonious community is at the heart of our values. Please be considerate of others and treat everyone with respect. We do not tolerate discrimination or any form of violence.
